A personal trainer gives you their wide knowledge of exercises and provides you with personalized training programs that will teach you from beginner all the way up to advanced. It is their job to help you get the results you want safely and efficiently! A personal trainer will provide you with the confidence and knowledge to exercise properly, get the proper nutrition, and live a healthy lifestyle successfully.
Do I have to be in shape prior to training with you?:
Absolutely not! In most cases, the client is getting a trainer because they are NOT in shape and need guidance to get there.
What kind of training will we do?:
Training is dependant on the particular client. No two people are alike and thus training varies from person to person. If a client has a specific goal in mind prior to beginning a program (such as weight loss) then their plan will be made to reflect and focus on that goal. Feuring Fitness will provide proper training no matter what your goal may be, whether it be muscle gain, weight loss, increases in flexibility, or sport specific goals.
How do sessions typically go?:
Sessions are 1 hour in length and can be broke down further into 4 parts: The Warm Up – Typically is 15 minutes in length and consists of various cardiovascular exercises. Again, everyone is different, and this may change from person to person. Opening and Closing Stretches – The opening stretches are essential to aid in the increase of muscle and flexibility, and to prevent harm to the muscle (such as pulls and tears). The closing stretches help to prevent soreness and stiffness. The Main Exercise Portion – This is where we focus on different exercises that will best help you to achieve your fitness goals, and this makes up the largest part of your training session.
Price and Location Info:
Single Session – $25.00
5 Sessions – $110.00 (Save $15.00)
8 Sessions – $180.00 (Save $20.00)
Flexibility And Stretch Training – $15.00 per Session
Sessions are approximately one hour in length. Training takes place at the Regina Sportplex located at 1717 Elphinstone Street. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us!
You must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointed session if you need to cancel or you will be billed for the session.
Every client needs to fill out a medical questionnaire. By doing so online you can save time and be ready to jump into training!
